Notes
  1. Minimum food and beverage purchase requirements may apply depending on the services requested.
  2. A coordination fee of $100 or more (plus taxes and service charges) may apply depending on the scale of the event.
  3. Menu changes can be made upon request and with a formal quote.
  4. Menus and prices are subject to change without notice.
  5. Service with or without alcohol is available; corkage fees apply.
  6. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
  7. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
  8. Cancellation policy is detailed in the contract.
  9. An administrative fee of 4% applies to the total invoice before taxes.
  10. Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are not included.
  11. Gratuities as outlined in the service contract

Rest assured: if the date you selected is available, it will be temporarily reserved without guarantee or commitment. You will be notified if another client is interested. The date will be definitively blocked upon receipt of a security deposit. We look forward to making your event a memorable one that reflects your image.
